House Rules and Things You Should Know

No Smoking. Smoking is not permitted in the household or on the balconies..Those wishing to smoke must do so outside and use the receptacles provided for disposal.

No Pets. We have domestic animals on site

Security and Safety. Guests leave their possessions in their rooms at their own risk. Guests MUST lock their rooms when going out or going to bed. Please don’t give your room keys to anyone else.

Luggage Storage. Guests arriving or departing outside their advised check-in and check-out hours are welcome at their own risk to store luggage in Reception.

Children and Minors. It is the responsibility of parents and guardians to supervise children and minors at all times. Management accept no responsibility.

Outdoor Footwear is not permitted within your apartment. Slipperettes are provided for use within your apartment. Please leave outdoor footwear in the racks provided at your front door.

Access All apartments are accessed by stairs. No lift.

Housekeeping is provided once a day. We operate enhanced Covid cleansing regimes. Himachal Pradesh State Tourism COVID guidelines are applicable to all visitors and can be found on their official website. We have an in-house laundry service for those who do not wish to make use of the washing machine provided in your apartment. Please enquire for rates.

Heating Electric heaters and bed-warming electric blankets can be provided. Extra charges apply.

Electricity and Water. Please help us conserve precious natural resources by ensuring all lights and sockets and all taps are turned off when leaving your apartment. Management reserves the right to enter in case of default.

Additional Payments. All on site payments for additional services such as meals, laundry etc are contactless.

Breakages and Damage. Guests will be charged for the replacement or repair of lost or damaged fixtures and fittings if caused by them.

Reservations. All year long minimum stay is 2 days. Advance of 50% will confirm your booking and ensure removal from the market. The balance is to be paid when checking-in.  If you have any questions please contact us.

Occupancy Management reserves the right to refuse entry. Occupancy as stated on the booking form must not be exceeded. There is no separate staff accommodation on site.

Cancellations: Please read carefully before booking.

During peak seasons of December 15 to January 5th and  15th April to 15 July we require 5 days notice for cancellations. At other times we require 3 days notice for cancellation. One night’s stay will be charged to guests who do not provide the required notice of cancellation.

Night Time Peace. Out of consideration for our neighbours and other guests we ask for peace and quiet from 10.00 p.m. to 8.00 a.m.

Check-in: From 2 p.m. or earlier subject to availability. Check out: by12:00 noon.

Long-term Stays (28 days or more) can be negotiated. Please contact to enquire.

Management Rights. In case of breach of house rules or any illegal activities, management reserves the right to request any guest to vacate the property forthwith. Any disputes are subject to local Manali jurisdiction..

Other things to note.

  1. Please have government issued photo IDs to hand on arrival for a speedy and comfortable check-in.
  2. All foreign guests must fill in Form C on arrival and present their passports as ID proof,
  3. OCI citizens must present their OCI card and passport as proof of
